Travis Scheuer
I grew up in the hair industry, and by growing up in the industry, I mean I tagged along with my mom to hair shows, hair classes, education trainings, and beyond. My Mother, Coral, the Founder of Cutting Loose and 40+ Year Industry Veteran has been an inspiration to the entrepreneurial life I’ve created.
The hair industry has always been an integral part of my life. In 2003, I graduated from Fashion Focus and have continued to enjoy being both a team leader & stylist to many over the years. Throughout my career, I’ve owned and operated several salon and barbershop locations, always with a community-driven focus.
I like to keep the environment I work in, fun and lighthearted. I support my wife, Lyndsey in her love & commitment of fitness. Together, we own and operate multiple Burn Boot Camp locations in Sarasota, FL.
On the off days, you can find me spending time with my wife, two children, Owen and Rylee, and our two dogs. Our favorite transportation method is the 40ft RV which has allowed us to enjoy many trips and make wonderful memories.

What part of hairdressing do you love most?
The personal relationships built with my guests and getting to share in their lives as they share in mine. I also enjoy making the person in my chair, as well as my team, laugh. I like to keep the environment I work in, fun and lighthearted.
What about the industry that fuels you?
Working with my team. It is exciting to see each of them grow and pursue their individual dreams.
What is a fun fact about you, or something that you would want potential new guests to know?
My creative side started in culinary school before I went to beauty school.
What do you love to do in your spare time?
Spend time with my wife and kids, traveling with them and sharing new experiences with them. I also enjoy cooking up a great meal.
