I went to Whitmans Hair Academy in Brattleboro Vt.
Inspired by my grandmother, who was a stylist, I spent countless hours in her salon as a child. Those moments sparked my passion for hairdressing watching her transform hair and build meaningful connections with her clients. Those early experiences sparked passion for the craft and gave me an appreciation for how hairdressing can inspire confidence and creativity.
My love for hairdressing goes beyond just the technical side, it’s about connecting with people and making everyone feel seen, confident, and happy. Those connections and transformations are such a special part of what I love most about what we do everyday!!
Education! It is such a powerful motivator, it keeps things fresh and exciting while helping you grow as a stylist. Whether it’s learning new techniques, teaching others, or staying ahead of trends, it’s amazing how education fuels both creativity and connection in this industry.
I love to spend time traveling with my husband. I am also a boy mom of three amazing grown men, We love visiting and spending time with them and their growing families.
As both an extrovert and introvert. I love entertaining, cooking and visiting with my family and friend. Golfing for us as a family is a great outdoor family fun activity that the boys all love to do with us. I also love quietly reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
After spending many years in the industry working behind the chair. I have had the amazing opportunity to be an educator in the Cosmetology school world for Paul Mitchell the School the past 6 years. I have had the privilege of mentoring countless aspiring future professional stylists as they entered this career by guiding them through their education from day one to graduation day. I take pride in being their advocate as they embark on their new careers.
